New Project – Cheshire Home Automation Installation
We have recently been appointed as the smart home automation installer for a new project in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. This beautiful new build home will feature a complete lighting and heating control installation, WIFI and telecoms distributed throughout the property, as well as significant security and CCTV systems, all working in harmony as one integrated system.
All primary rooms within the property will feature audio visual distribution, with a single remote control in each room allowing simple and intuitive control of the home automation system. The sound extends to the outside patio area with external speakers also being included on the audio distribution.
An extensive entertainment system is to be installed within the basement pool and leisure suite, a full Dolby Atmos compatible home cinema installation will create a perfect space for family to spend time together. Other systems will include automated blinds and curtain tracks and a fully automated set of driveway gates with video and voice intercom.
The full smart home specification of this Cheshire home has now been completed, and working closely with the home developer, Edge Projects Ltd, we have now completed a full set of approved design drawings and the first fix cabling is now underway on site. As well as the design for the smart home cabling infrastructure, we have also undertaken the project lighting design, specifying the location, style and wherever possible, utilising energy efficient LED lighting.
Being a substantial project and in line with all our projects, we allow for our team to provide onsite support and design co-ordination as the works progress on site to ensure the construction process runs as smoothly as possible.
