The home automation works undertaken by our team on this amazing cheshire home included a whole house lighting control and heating control installation, intruder alarm, CCTV installation and WIFI distribution. It was important to our Client that any potential purchaser of this beautiful home had a number of options, when considering the addition of audio visual systems and other additional equipment to the existing home technology installation. To ensure this was the case, a cabling infrastructure was installed following a set of our design drawings, which added considerably to the salability of the house. Potential purchasers of the property were soon aware of the flexibility the cabling infrastructure provided during viewings, helping them and their interior designers to plan each of the rooms.
Once a sale was agreed, Niche Audio Visual worked with the purchaser of the property and a complete house high definition video and audio distribution system was installed, including a home cinema, a telecoms system and intercom with gate automation added at the front drive. Our team also spent time with the purchaser making modifications to the lighting control system, ensuring each of the rooms lighting keypads had the required preset lighting scenes programmed for their requirements and a complete home automation system.
